Here is an updated Schedule starting after this week. This week will not change. The only change is on the 15th, we are not having a straight run-through. Don’t worry- we don’t need to run the show all the way through more than once before tech.

To those who it may concern as well: Dangerous Game with Kim on Saturday can be anytime that works for everyone. It should be around 10:30 and we can verify tomorrow. The stage is available all day on Saturday.

3:35- 4:15 Meal Service in Alumni Room (or elsewhere, TBA) 4:25 -7:30 Work numbers and Run as much as possible with Mr. McCray

A note on moving cars:
Before rehearsal it would be great if people could agree to carpool after rehearsal and drive people to cars after we finish, that would be great. This way only a few people have to move cars before rehearsal and we can get more done.

Monday 10/8: Blocking with Mr. McCray Alive Reprise, A New Life, and the dialogue before it. We need Neal, Nathan, Graham, Malik, Mary Kate, Maddie, Adriana Tuesday 

10/9:Run Act 1 — we will be plugging a lot of things in, so please be confident with dialogue and blocking. Seek help if you need it!

Wednesday 10/10:
4-4:30 Blocking with Mr. McCray For this, we’ll need Neal, Nathan, Malik, Christophe, Olivia, Genevieve, Adriana, Sara Sims, Kate Kozawa, Jackie, and Kate Shumaker. The rest of the cast is not called until 4:15.
4:30-6:30 Kim review choreography — full cast

Thursday 10/11: Run Act 2 — we will be plugging a lot of things in, so please be confident with dialogue and blocking. Seek help if you need it!

Friday 10/12: Music Run through (last music rehearsal)

This Sunday we will not be doing a stumble through. We will finish blocking the last part of the show and focus on certain numbers in the show. After blocking we will focus on Board of Governors, Someone Like You, Once Upon a Dream, A New Life, This is the Moment, In His Eyes and possibly others time permitting. Everyone is called on Sunday

At today’s rehearsal we will be doing the bit before Lucy’s death. Mary Kate Heagerty, Malik McKenzie, Maddie Freeman, Adriana Azevedo, Neal Jochmann and Nathan Wolfenbarger are called. This will only be until 5 and if rides to the concert are a problem, I can drive anyone who needs a ride.

On Wednesday We will be adding His Work and Nothing More to Confrontation, Facade Rep. 3, and Bows which have already been scheduled. The order will be Bows, Facade Reprise 3, Confrontation, and then His Work and Nothing More. Actors will be released as finished. Lab people will need to stay for Confrontation. Rehearsal will be extended until 7.
