Good morning!

What an appropriately beautiful day. Elves have been working throughout the night, and good things are afoot. If I can do anything to assist you or make your day easier, please drop by. You guys have done an absolutely fantastic job and I can’t wait to see the show tonight. I hope you have a wonderful day, and if you’d like to drop by and say hello, I would love to see you.

Program!

The program will be around the theater tonight. If you get a chance, please do your part and proofread it. Everything you can. If there is an omission or a misspelling, we shall all share in the delight of culpability. So please, look at it, look at it, look at it.

Very small correction

Go is in theory 6 o’clock tonight. However, if hair and make up need just a tad longer, go maybe 630. But no later this evening. If you’re used to a musical, this is around the standard starting time, once musicians are in place, for one of those shows.

Wed/Thu

You guys are just terrific. Just a reminder… we are going to aim for a GO!! time no later than what we have on the musical. No later than six. That may go past eight as we get the running time down, so just be prepared.

If any families wish to contact me, please do so at 865–748–3636. You are always welcomed to watch dress rehearsals!

The end times!

We had an unexpected challenge this evening that slowed us down a tad. We started running act to a little while ago, and we will dismiss when it is finished. Thank you!

In general, we are aiming to have a go time for dress rehearsals no later than 530. That should get us out, ideally, around 730. Remember, families are always welcomed to watch any part of rehearsals.
