WHEN MUST I ATTEND?

At the beginning of the year, we asked everyone to write down their conflicts one more time. We are in the process of reviewing those. Please know that unless you have a conflict in that documentation, you are required to be at any rehearsal to which you are called. This is the requirement for being in the show.

WHEN MAY I LEAVE A REHEARSAL?

Within the posted rehearsal time, the director, choreographer, or music director will dismiss you when they’ve accomplished what they need. If a rehearsal lasts from 4-6:30, and your number is only scheduled to take up part of that, we still need you to keep from making plans until the end of the whole rehearsal. You may be dismissed early within that rehearsal, but please refrain from making plans based on that.

WHEN SHOULD I NOT MAKE PLANS?

Excluding the Thursday addition, which is necessary, these are the times we gave you on the audition form.

Unless it’s on the conflict forms you initially gave us, please keep the following times open:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 4-6:30
Thursday: 6-8
Sunday: 2-5
