It would be great to see everyone after school on Wednesday to help with strike. It’s largely going to be cleaning and organizing various rooms, getting props put away, etc. This is a really valuable way to give back, and if you can make it, it is greatly appreciated.

I initially put down 4 o’clock as the call time because that’s when we are already there on weekdays, and that’s the time in musicals when some people like to check in. However, given the conservative make-up requirements, etc., I don’t really see any need for us to be there prior to 5:30 PM. If someone absolutely need more time than that, contact me personally. But unless I hear otherwise, let’s make it 5:30 PM. Thank you.

I will still have the theater open at 11, but the actual check in time where we need to have everyone here is 1230. House open at 1:30. Go is at 2.

I will be here at the theater at 11. The facility will be available to anyone who wants to start doing make up, etc. At noon, I need everyone to have checked in for the day. Once you were here, I ask that you stay here until we are done with the final performance. Thank you so much!
