Volunteers: We have cow mask! Operation: Maryville Volunteer Errand Favor is…

a success!

Thank you!

If you are a parent volunteer…

…and offered to help with running an errand or two, today is a red-alert day. There is an item on hold at a Maryville store called Hastings. If can help us get that today, it would be fantastic. Shipping from China has been, um, unpredictable.

THANK YOU!

Sincerely,
Patrick McCray

If you’re curious about the next few days…

We handle eating, hair, make-up, getting set up, and getting into body mics between 4-6:30. “Go” for the show is around 6:30 and it runs a little under two hours. (It takes about thirty minutes to strike everything after rehearsal.)

The kids have Friday off — except for preview, which is done during chapel. Cast and crew will be here around 5:30 on Saturday, noon on Sunday (pretty much here for the day — we have two performances that day), and then after school until 9:30 or so on Monday. Monday is our only weeknight performance.

I can open things up earlier if anyone would like.

Home stretch. If I can help, let me know! (And feel free to watch dress rehearsals!)
